RETURNS 🧾🛍️

You can return your item if:

✨ it's within 14 days of delivery
✨ items are unworn, unwashed and in the original condition
✨ tags are still attached

Refunds will be issued to your original payment shipping.

To create a return, please email hello@chicchaching.com and our friendly customer service team will be happy to assist. 

RETURN SHIPPING 📦

We do not offer free returns. A return label fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund.

FAULTY GOODS 🧵⚠️

If your item arrives faulty, we’ll absolutely sort it out.

An item is considered faulty if it arrives:

  • damaged
  • with a structural defect
  • unusable as intended

Items that become damaged due to:

  • wear and tear
  • accidental damage
  • incorrect washing
  • misuse
  • alterations

…are not considered faulty.

FAULTY ITEM PROCESS 📸📩

If you believe your item is faulty, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us assess it properly, please include:

✅ clear photos of the fault
✅ photos showing the tags are still attached
✅ your order number

OUTCOMES (WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE) 🎁

If your faulty return is approved, the resolution is at the discretion of Chic Cha Ching.

This may include:

✨ a replacement (if available)
✨ store credit
✨ a refund

EXCLUSIONS 🎨

Colour differences are not considered a fault.

We do our best to show product colours as accurately as possible, but screens can vary between devices (phones, tablets, monitors), so we can’t guarantee the exact colour will look identical in real life.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS ✋

Made a mistake? Wrong address? Regret hit instantly?

We get it — but we pack orders FAST.

If you need help, contact us immediately after placing your order.

We can’t guarantee cancellation once an order is placed, but we’ll do our best depending on where your parcel is in the process.

REPEAT ISSUES 🚫

We monitor repeated fault claims to protect our business from misuse or fraudulent activity.

If we notice frequent fault reports or behaviour that suggests purchases are not for personal use, we reserve the right to:

  • flag your account
  • close your account
  • reject future orders
